Tethers End is a modern family home close to the village green in the picturesque village of Steventon, Oxon. Here you will find a warm welcome from Caroline and Peter. The accommodation is ground floor and is well equipped with TV/DVD player, refrigerator, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. There is an information pack, DVD's, games, an assortment of books and WiFi access.
The family suite, which has its own separate entrance, consists of a twin bedded room and a lounge area with a double sofa bed. The shower room is en suite. Should you require it a cot and/or z-bed is also available.
The double room also has an en suite shower room and the use of a private patio.
Tethers End, which is centrally heated, is open all year round. There is off street parking for guests. We are sorry but smoking is not permitted within the property and we cannot welcome pets. The tariff includes a full English breakfast with vegetarian options if required.
Steventon is situated on the edge of the Berkshire Downs and close to the Ridgeway. The city of Oxford is 12 miles away and we are 5 miles from Didcot railway station. There are many pretty towns and villages to visit within easy reach. The village itself has three public houses, (two serving food), an Indian restaurant and a Co-op food store. Milton Park Business Estate is just 1.5 miles away.
Come and explore our little part of Oxfordshire. It is advisable to book in advance.
